Seeking a Robotics Engineering Manager to lead and inspire the engineering team. You will oversee the development of innovative robotic systems, manage projects, and align engineering efforts with business goals. Your role is crucial in a high-growth startup environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in robotics engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficient in robotic systems design, control systems, sensor integration, and software (C++, Python, ROS).
Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-performing engineering teams.
Project Management: Strong skills in balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Start-up experience is desired
