Three years later, one of his line managers revealed that he was chosen not because of his degree, but because he had always made everyone on the team look foolish in a very respectful way. He felt proud that the organization had made a rational decision for the first time

Show up saying the right thing:

The news recently highlighted how Gen Z in Kenya successfully pressured the government to retract an exploitative tax policy.

?What’s your take on this generation?

Basic Answer: Gen Z are digital natives born in the late '90s and early 2000s, they are vocal and adept at using the internet to amplify their voices. The Kenyan protest underscores why their opinions must not be ignored. Even if you’re not into politics, being aware and saying the right things can make a good impression on you and we never know where these things lead even at work.

You won't need to know politics to have this opinion? you simply need to learn how to be aware and say the right things
