2024 - time for a makeover

2024 - time for a makeover

A new beginning at the start of a year sounds like so much fun. It could be the time for a makeover of your dental practice or small business. Assume you are in the same physical location and are not moving anytime soon. You will definitely have things to trash, things to buy and things to redecorate

A boutique business like a dental clinic serves high end clients who are looking for quality goods, services and a personalized experience. This means that you should do things differently in 2024. You must create the right ambience and you must paint the right picture because visuals matter.

The client onsite experience starts at the reception. Most receptions do not have a window to let in natural light. Consider changing lighting fixtures. Maybe even putting in a new ceiling and fresh cornices. Change the painting/s hanging on the walls because they will bring something fresh into the experience. Reduce the number of dust traps but change whatever indoor plants you have. Contract a new florist. Start using or change the air freshener protocol in your waiting room.

Assuming you have a budget for a makeover, use it as planned. Your clients will love you for it. Redecorate, lose last year's furniture, splash a coat of paint if you didn't do so during these long holidays and spruce up your facility. Anything to add?
