2024 in Review: Trust, Innovation, and the Road to 2025

As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on a year that was remarkable in many ways. It was a year of challenges, growth, and renewed connections, and as we look forward to 2025, I want to share some thoughts and wishes for the future.

Strengthening Relationships

One of the most rewarding aspects of this year was working closely with clients in relationships built on trust—sometimes cultivated over years and other times formed in recent months. These partnerships went beyond delivering planned projects; they were about solving problems hand-in-hand and planning for the future.

The real-world experiences were especially valuable—whether rearranging equipment on the sorting floor to streamline processes or personally delivering letters in urban areas to validate large-scale last-mile optimization efforts. I firmly believe that the changes initiated in 2024 will yield significant benefits in 2025.

A Year of Returns

This year also marked a return to familiar yet evolving territories. After three years, I resumed working in Poland—one of the most advanced CEP markets in the world. Additionally, after four years, I returned to Kazakhstan, a market experiencing remarkable growth and transformation.

These experiences not only offered unique insights into two dynamic markets but also allowed me to engage professionally in Polish and Russian, languages I hadn’t actively used in work contexts for some years.

Leveraging AI for Enhanced Productivity

2024 was also the year I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of AI in my work. From advanced tools programmed in Visual Basic for Excel to personalized AI assistants like ChatGPT trained on my content, I’ve reached a new level of efficiency. These tools have reduced the need for large, specialized teams, enabling me to focus on what truly matters: delivering results.
