2024 in Review: Thanks for Being Part of the Journey

What a year it’s been!

We held a heartwarming Easter Art Competition, and the beautiful submissions made our Facebook walls come alive with colour and joy.

We also hit the road, attending expos all over Australia. We met so many incredible people, heard inspiring stories, and showcased how our technology can transform lives. Yes, the days were exhausting, but our hearts are full.

Exciting Product Launches

This year brought two major product highlights:

1. Fall Sensors: A new addition to help families and facilities detect falls and ensure safety.
2. The Round Buddy Watch: Our newest signature watch quickly became a favourite. After running out of stock on our previous model, we offered pre-orders for this watch—and they absolutely smashed expectations!Favourite Feature: Customisable watch faces! With over 20 options—digital, analog, rockets, ducks, colouring options, and classic styles—it’s become a secret weapon for parents to get their kids to wear every morning.

The Challenges We Overcame

Of course, no year comes without its hurdles:

• Crowdstrike IT Outage: Like many others, we navigated unexpected challenges caused by this widespread disruption.
• 3G Shutdown: Millions of devices worldwide were impacted when the 3G shutdown revealed unexpected dependencies on its frequency within certain 4G components. We worked tirelessly to ensure our customers remained connected.

We were thrilled to be featured in the Over 50s Magazine, where we shared a story about the challenge of convincing loved ones to embrace technology like the Buddy Tracker.
