Quarter 1 Highlights - 2024

In the first quarter, our team significantly enhanced our expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and AI technologies. We achieved multiple certifications, developed innovative solutions, and actively participated in key industry events, focusing on new features, user experience improvements, and data-driven initiatives.

·?????? Developed "Pathfinder," a custom LWC component for exploring data in Data Cloud.

·?????? Team invited by Salesforce Data Cloud team to attend the Salesforce Partner Success Data Cloud Implementation Camp in Dallas, Texas.

·?????? Explored Salesforce Einstein features for Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud.

·?????? Enhanced the user experience on the Data Cloud Pathfinder custom component.

·?????? Launched a free AI & Data Cloud POC Discovery initiative.

• March:

We celebrated milestones and participated in key industry events, reinforcing our commitment to customer success and innovation.

·?????? Delivered a hands-on POC with Salesforce Einstein for a client, demonstrating the future of CRM.

·?????? Attended the Salesforce Dubai World Tour to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.

Quarter 3 Highlights

In the third quarter, we expanded our expertise and strengthened our market position by enhancing our skills in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and leveraging Salesforce Einstein AI. We achieved significant milestones, including successful migrations, certifications, and project onboardings. We also prepared for and participated in Dreamforce 2024, exploring new opportunities and innovations.

In the fourth quarter, we achieved remarkable milestones and expanded our influence. We opened a new office, enhanced our AI capabilities, and received significant recognition from Salesforce. Our team actively participated in community events, shared knowledge, celebrated cultural festivities, and made substantial progress on key projects, earning client appreciation.
