2024 Review & 2025 Preview

2024 has been a BIG Year for South Africa --- and thanks to the leaders coming together at The Future Leader Forum, we are now one step closer to making Roadmap 2030 a reality.?

That is to advance South Africa into the 10 BEST Countries to live in (currently 75th out of 167 surveyed, according to the Legatum Prosperity Index?).?

2024 REVIEW

The 2024 Future of Leadership Summit? brought together 200 Public and Business Leaders to

• analyze the Student Confidence Index, which indicates that?90% of South African university students?intend to leave (mainly due to lack of job opportunities)

• and co-create an Implementation Roadmap to?retaining South Africa's Top Talent?and Critical Skills (in particular in the Healthcare Sector)

2025 PREVIEW

The 2025 Future of Leadership Summit? will bring together 250 prominent South African Leaders to

• co-create an Implementation Roadmap to equipping South Africa’s Youth with the Skills of the Future and?enabling the Jobs of the Future.

• In alignment with?South Africa’s G20 Presidency in 2025?and the 7th Administration’s Strategic Priority of driving Inclusive Growth & Job Creation,

• The outcome of the 2025 Future of Leadership Summit? will be South Africa’s?Inaugural Future of Jobs Report?which will be tabled to The Presidency, Parliament and the SETA’s.?
