The Power of Holy Reflection

This year, we explored the G.R.A.S.P. F.A.I.T.H. framework, learning to move from good decisions to God decisions. Now, let's use this framework to reflect on 2024 and position ourselves for 2025.

Gather Evidence of God's Faithfulness

• Where did God show up unexpectedly?
• Which "closed doors" became divine protection?
• What impossible situations yielded to His power?
• How did challenges become channels for grace?

Reflect on Divine Patterns

• What recurring themes emerged in God's guidance?
• Which Scripture verses became living truth?
• What character transformations occurred?
• How did your leadership perspective shift?

Ask for Year-End Insight

• What is God highlighting about this season?
• Which lessons need deeper integration?
• What practices should continue or change?
• How is He preparing you for 2025?

Three Markers of Spirit-Led Impact

1. Kingdom Advancement

• Lives transformed beyond transactions
• Culture shaped by biblical values
• Resources multiplied for ministry
• Influence aligned with eternal purpose

2. Character Development

• Pride yielding to humility
• Fear transforming to faith
• Control surrendering to trust
• Ambition aligning with calling

3. Legacy Building

• Future leaders being developed
• Kingdom principles taking root
• Sustainable impact emerging
• Generational blessing established

Questions for Deep Reflection

Purpose Alignment

• How did our actions advance God's Kingdom?
• Where did eternal value trump temporal gain?
• What divine appointments did we steward well?
• How did we multiply impact through others?

Heart Examination

• Where did motives need purification?
• How did trials reveal character gaps?
• What worldly metrics needed surrendering?
• Where did pride mask as strategic thinking?

Future Preparation

• What foundations is God establishing?
• Which relationships need investment?
• What skills require development?
• How is God expanding your capacity?

Moving Forward with Purpose

As you reflect on 2024, resist both undue criticism and shallow celebration. Instead, seek to understand:

1. God's faithfulness in every season
2. His purposes in both victories and valleys
3. The character He's developing in you
4. The future He's preparing you for
