10 个月Canada and USA are together in a race against the decline and extinction of the NARW (North Atlantic Right Whale). But they are also putting in danger these of thousands of fisheries. 360 alive NARW may seem a lot,? But less than 60 breeding females are left ! Scientific authorities such as NOAA and WHOI have explained why the breeding females seem so few : they are the first victims of the fishing gear ropes, and so are their calves. At ECOEASTEM we are proud to have developed a simple, innovative and cost effective solution to save the whales and the fisheries in Canada and the USA.
