As 2024 comes to a close, we’re celebrating all that the USAID Learning Lab community has shared, learned, and accomplished. Over 90 community submissions brought valuable new perspectives to the Learning Lab Library–with many of you participating in our new themed months. From gender analysis, to theories of change, to an internal communication tool, check out our blog listing the most popular community contributions from 2024. In the new year, we look forward to hearing fresh perspectives on learning and adaptive management from our long-time contributors and newcomers alike.   • January: Building Blocks of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). Start off the year by sharing your own toolkits, resources, or lessons learned for building MEL capacity.?
  • February: Program Implementation Lessons Learned.?Share your insights and takeaways for successful program implementation! Tell us how you work with USAID; collaborate for good development, or what’s working in bringing results to scale.Send us your thoughts by tagging us on LinkedIn or submit a blog, resource, or event to Learning Lab!
