The 2024 LCEC Annual Meeting honors employees and Lineman Appreciation Day

Yesterday, the LCEC Annual Meeting was successfully held at LCEC Headquarters. LCEC Board Trustee Michael Powell and LCEC CEO Denise Vidal reported on last year's progress and plans for 2024. Both Trustee Powell and Vidal were honored to thank employees for their hard work in serving LCEC members and recognized Lineman Appreciation Day.

The April Board meeting, following the Annual Meeting, included the Election of Officers and Representatives. Board President Russell Priddy passed the gavel after serving in that capacity for several years. Trustee Michael Powell (Cape Coral) was elected as the new Board President. Mr. Priddy will remain on the Board to share his wisdom and experience. Trustee Richard "Bo" Turbeville (Lehigh Acres) was elected to serve as Vice President. Also elected to the Executive Committee were Secretary, Trustee Craig Woodward (Marco Island/Everglades City), and Treasurer, Trustee Richard Pritchett (North Fort Myers).
