1 年This is so well put I just wanna add my 2 cents worth on the last 2 points, Real-time delivery tracking has become the cornerstone of modern logistics the rising demand for transparency within the Final Mile is subconsciously what the consumer needs as assurance. Customers crave accurate updates (NB. Lets not bombard them with SMS's but that in-app notifications work best) granting visibility from warehouse/store/FC to doorstep. Personalization has revolutionized last mile, leveraging data to cater to individual preferences. Flexibility in delivery times, preferred locations, and tailored communication channels redefine customer-centricity.
