In 2024 we saw a focus on supporting neurodiversity at work and in the interview process. We were the first in the industry to develop and implement interview accommodations. We saw great success in recruiting neurodiverse talent to further support our clients diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

THE 11:11 REFLECTIONS

As we approach the close of another year, it feels right to pause, reflect, and connect with you. 2024 has been a time of evolution in the global economy—marked by rising interest rates, inflation, elections, and widespread shifts in consumer behaviour (how did we all survive it?!). These changes have required resilience and adaptability, and as always, we learned a great deal along the way.

This year, we were reminded of the beauty in underconsumption—the joy that emerges from making thoughtful, intentional choices in our personal and professional lives. We savoured the small moments, rediscovered simplicity, and felt a renewed gratitude for what we already have.

Taking care of our mental health has been paramount. We devoted time to mindfulness, found strength in moments of stillness, and supported each other in ways that honoured the challenges we all faced.

Looking ahead to 2025, we feel a sense of optimism and excitement.

Our industry is shifting, and so are we—adapting to serve our clients and candidates with even greater empathy and insight. There are so many new possibilities on the horizon, and we’re thrilled to step into the future with renewed energy and purpose. Here’s to a year of growth, joy, and connection!
