As we wrap up 2024, I can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it’s been—full of dynamic partnerships and transformative achievements. This year, we had the privilege of supporting clients across diverse industries like financial services, property management, education, transportation, manufacturing, and fitness. We’re proud to have mentored Fenwick High School students as they began building their career foundations, and we partnered with the Berna Foundation to support their Turkey Brigade and Toy Drive—two initiatives close to our hearts and ones we’re excited to grow even further in 2025.

KO in the Community: A Toy Drive for Chicagoland Kids
After an incredible experience with Berna Foundation's Turkey Brigade last month (pictured above), we were inspired to partner with them again this holiday season for their 2024 Toy Drive. Together, we worked to spread joy to children across Chicagoland and surrounding areas, making the season brighter for families in need.
Through this heartfelt collaboration, Berna Foundation distributed toys to children aged 1-14, ensuring countless young ones experienced the magic of the holidays.
Our dedicated team went above and beyond, contributing both toys and monetary donations as a testament to their commitment to making a difference. To further amplify this generosity, our corporate office matched all employee donations dollar for dollar, doubling the number of toys purchased and expanding the reach of this impactful initiative.
This shared effort reflects the true spirit of the season—compassion, collaboration, and community.
