Featured on the Sea Gardens website and brochure, her watercolor illustrations paint an idealistic picture of the coastal lifestyle that this newly developed community offers to home buyers.

Sunnu Rebecca Choi was commissioned to illustrate?Un Young Jeon,?a classic Korean literary work written during the late Joseon Dynasty, weaving a poignant tale of forbidden love between Un Young, a court lady in the palace, and Jinsa, a scholar. The commissioned book has been thoughtfully rewritten to cater to young adults, specifically those aged 12 and above, ensuring both accessibility and a profound literary experience.

NEW Artist - Jeff Slemons
Since early childhood, Jeff Slemons has been fascinated by drawing and painting. He recalls being drawn to the easel during activity time in Kindergarten, and by first grade, he was already crafting illustrated stories on Big Chief note paper, which he would then staple together and distribute to friends.?By the time he reached sixth grade, he had already set his sights on a career as a full-time illustrator. After graduating from the Colorado Institute of Art in 1986, Jeff embarked on a diverse career, taking on a wide array of assignments. His work has ranged from pen and ink illustrations for comic books to fully painted pieces for magazines, trading cards, and children's books. He has found joy in working with various mediums, including pen & ink, pastels, gouache, and oil paint. Nowadays, Jeff spends much of his time at the easel, painting, while also dedicating time to the drawing table for penciling and inking.
