2024 Here's to 2025!

What a fantastic year 2024 has been for GB Recruitment! We’ve launched our brand-new website, expanded our dedicated team, and proudly partnered with even more schools across Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. From countless school visits to building strong relationships with Teachers and Teaching Assistants, we’ve been busier than ever. This year also marked some special birthdays within our team—celebrating milestones together. Here's to continued success and supporting schools in 2025!

Our targets for 2024 were to grow as a company and refresh ourselves as a business. This led to hiring more staff to join our already hardworking GB team and improving and modernising our website and social media presence. We’re thrilled to have achieved these goals in 2024. Looking ahead to 2025, we aim to continue our growth and expand our reach to work with even more schools.

Another key target for 2025 is to be more sustainable and contribute to making our company ‘greener.’ These initiatives won’t just help the environment but will also make us more efficient in our operations. GB Recruitment is excited to continue expanding and growing as a company. We’re currently in discussions with local partners to collaborate on projects that will positively impact our community, demonstrating our commitment to the Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire areas we proudly serve.

2025 isn’t just an exciting new year for GB Recruitment—it marks our 25th anniversary! This is a massive achievement. From starting in a terraced house in Hanley Stoke-on-Trent to working in an old co-operative building in Newcastle-under-Lyme, we’ve come a long way. The one constant has been our sense of purpose: helping local schools with staffing issues and playing our part in getting people work from the local area. This supports the local economy, makes the area better, and ensures our children have regular access to teachers and support staff, which safeguards their education.

Celebrating our 25th birthday will be an exciting time. We have lots of plans lined up for the year, and on the actual anniversary date, we’ll celebrate in the biggest possible way. Mark the date in your diaries and join us in celebrating this significant milestone together.

It’s a big and exciting year ahead. Despite the challenging times for recruitment, we continue to outperform every day, and we plan to keep that momentum going. Here’s to the next 25 years of success!
