We also surpassed our 90th course, here’s to #100 in the new year!

?? 7 member practices were visited by our lovely Relationship Managers Fiona, Charlie and Amy

?? 3 practices were officially inducted into the Network ??

?? Our 2nd Business Lounge event in our Birmingham Training Academy - a valuable session that allows our invited community members to focus purely on a feedback-centred approach to the day

?? Our first-ever Nordics TCO training day over in Stockholm which brought not only the ice-cold weather but an enthusiastic group of training coordinators eager to excel in their role

We think it’s safe to say that our in-person community events trump all others! Our annual Change Makers Forum is one of the 2 main events we hold every year for our members that give them an opportunity to meet face to face, as they’re so widely spread across the country we even have some flying over from Northern Ireland.?

It opens up avenues for feedback, insights and knowledge from many of our guest speakers who spend the day with us and it’s a way for us to share special internal updates at once with the network that’s going to help continue the success of their Invisalign cases.

MiSmile meets Prague!

What an amazing 3 days the MiSmile team?had over in the Czech Republic having the honour of visiting and spending time with LABS1503 , Europe's largest Invisalign clinic ??

The 8 members that came along got to experience exactly how Labs1503 run their systems and processes for them to be the trailblazers in the European market.

Much of the learning actually happens during the downtime where we get to chat one-on-one after a day of absorbing all the knowledge and understand how we can further support our member’s Invisalign growth.?

And a special thanks to our lovely Catherine McLennan for keeping us up to date on socials throughout the trip (a future social expert in the making we think?! ??)
