Brian Heller is a Tech Transactional Lawyer (SaaS, AI, Tech, Digital Media, Social Media, Advertising, Ad Tech, Fin Tech, Ed Tech, etc.).

Brian has an MBA & JD. He’s worked in Business Development and Corporate Development as well as Legal jobs. He’s worked in startups, including one PE owned startup, where he has a successful exit.
