2024 Will Be a Great Year for Israel
We've been through a lot these past few months, and it will take time to heal.
But we can already see how all this adversity is bringing out the best in us.
In Israel: Suddenly we're discovering these tremendous new positive forces that have so much to contribute to Israel. Where were they all this time? Going about their daily lives - work, family, leisure, etc. Until the circumstances suddenly forced them into action beyond the normal things. All this mutual love and caring has created an unbelievable vibe between us that was missing in our lives. Part of this also has to do with how much women are more active in areas that were traditionally only for men - this is a tremendous boost to our capabilities across all sectors. All these forces were sort of on stand-by until October 7th.
From abroad: Once again, due to the rise of antisemitism and a fear that what happened on October 7th can happen elsewhere, Jews who were not actively supporting Israel, or supporting Israel very quietly, are now supporting Israel very loudly. There has been a massive outpouring of support and love coming from all over the world. VIPs are also visiting Israel to show support. And the ultimate form of support is all the immigration from so many regions. Thousands of Jews have decided to make Israel their home. That always adds so much high-quality talent to our workforce - and this time it's many English and French speakers (unlike previous mass immigration from Russia).
I think that next year will be a better year, that humanity is slowly but surely getting closer to the point where it's beginning to understand how to get out of the situation it got itself into, and things will be good.
In general: I think that next year will be a better year, that humanity is slowly but surely getting closer to the point where it's beginning to understand how to get out of the situation it got itself into, and things will be good. Everyone's starting to reach the same conclusions that anything promoting unity is good - and anything causing division is bad.
Here are some excerpts from the media about the new year that I liked -

"Indications of an imminent wave of immigration to Israel - investor Gigi Levy-Weiss speaks of hundreds of thousands - provide hope that Israel will experience a new influx of engineers and other experts, and perhaps even the return of some who left for countries such as the US, Canada, and France."
"As a nation, we cannot afford internal dissension, as it both tears us apart as a people and projects weakness to our enemies. A nation this small simply cannot risk divisiveness ever again."
"Our people are much more resilient and patriotic than we led ourselves to believe. The overnight switch from a divided and antagonistic society to one fully united in battling the enemy, was nothing short of miraculous. It spoke to the essence of our being and generated the envy of the rest of the world as well."
"The battles from the first nine months of 2023 regarding the judicial coup and societal division must be firmly and permanently ended."
