3. What type of clients, customers, suppliers, partners, or talent do you wish to attract??Build clear profiles to help you attract the right people.?? ?
4. How can your business help them??What products, services or support do you offer that will help your target audiences?? ?
5. How will you reach the right people??Which social and media formats do they consume? What verbal and visual language resonates with them? ?
6. What assets are needed to promote your business??Traditional marketing and advertising, social media, video, digital ads, website, email marketing, sales and marketing collateral, or something else?? ?
7. Do you have these assets??If yes, are they doing a good job, or do they require updating? Are you missing any essential assets? ?
8. Can your team produce and manage assets in-house??If yes, great - brief your team! If no, identify the type of external help that's needed.? ?
9. Does your team have the capacity to deliver a marketing strategy effectively??If yes, great! If not, what support do you need? What gaps are there in your staffing capacity, skill and resources??
