Welcome to the year of the rabbit, 2023! I also believe it’s going to be known as the year of community, and for good reason.

But, what if I told you there's a secret weapon that can make your job a whole lot easier? It's called community, and it's the new black of the business world. In this article, I'll be spilling the beans on why incorporating community and social learning in your strategy is like adding a carrot to your rabbit trap.

We've established that community is like a warm hug, and having a crystal ball, but what about social learning? Social learning is like the cherry on top of the sundae. They can benefit from the collective knowledge and the different perspectives and experience of the group. Community members can share their experiences, ask questions, and provide feedback in a more relaxed and informal environment. This can lead to a deeper understanding and retention of the material. It's like having a study group, but instead of just one smart person, you have an entire community of smart people. It's like a potluck dinner, but instead of just one dish, you have an entire buffet of knowledge.

Clients are encouraged to work together, share ideas, and provide feedback to one another. This can help to develop important teamwork and communication skills.
