Awards & Recognition

1. Won Best of Enterprise Connect 2023 - Enterprise Connect recognized Vyopta with its 2023 Best Innovation for Employee Experience Management Award for Vyopta's differentiating User Experience Score and strong overall performance.
2. Vyopta was 'Highly Commended' for UC Today's 2023 UC Partner Award - Vyopta was honored with ‘Highly Commended’ in UC Today’s 2023 UC Partner Awards. The UC Partner Awards is a global event that celebrates UC and Collaboration technology innovation and industry success.
3. 2023 UC Product of the Year Award Winner - User Insights in Vyopta's Digital Collaboration Experience Platform was named a 2023 Unified Communications Product of the Year Award winner.

Product Innovation

1. User Experience Score - “Our Experience Score is solving a problem where there’s dozens and dozens of columns with data for each user and it takes a proprietary algorithm for many different metrics and puts it into a simple score,” said Jonathan Sass, Vyopta’s VP of Product and Marketing.?
2. Introduction of a New Agent - This marked a significant evolution for Vyopta, which has historically provided agentless solutions. The new agent aims to deliver more accurate and deeper monitoring and analytics by pulling data directly from devices, specifically for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms.
3. Event & Log-Level Alerts - Vyopta has added new event and log-level alerts to its Intelligent Monitoring Engine. The new monitor types will help organizations better understand the status and performance of their video endpoints with more detailed alerts and diagnostics, especially as calls from meeting rooms have increased 2.5x in the past year as organizations embrace hybrid work.
4. Microsoft, Zoom, Poly, and more... - Vyopta expanded its support and relationships with leading collaboration providers:- Poly and Vyopta Announce Partnership to Empower Customers to Inform Decisions on Space and Technology Utilization- Vyopta Announces Space Insights Support for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco Webex Room Series- Vyopta Integrates Zoom QSS to Enhance Real-Time Monitoring and Analytics for Zoom Phone Users
