?We have spent the first weeks of 2024 reflecting on our 2023 Key Wellbeing Indicator data which has generated some very interesting insights and discussions. So, we thought it was only fair to share a quick summary with you in this first newsletter of the year.??
As a reminder, our KWIs delve into the core of physical, mental, and workplace wellbeing, focusing on: Fitness, Lifestyle, Balance, Thrive, Engagement, and Inclusion.?
We believe by building this data picture, you can gain a genuine understanding of your workforce, their aspirations, and their needs. These valuable insights empower your company to craft a wellbeing strategy that isn't just effective but remarkably efficient in delivering value impact.
