Most people are aware that LinkedIn is a useful tool for job searching, but many job seekers are unaware of its most helpful features. Here are six features that can improve your job search:
1?? Download a list of your 1st connections.?
Directions:
?? Go to the "Me" section of your LinkedIn account and select "Settings & Privacy".
?? Choose "Get A Copy of Your Data".
?? Click the second option in the list.
?? Select "Connections" from the available options.
?? Request the archive of your connections.

?? Go to All Filters > Author Company and add your targets.

3???Targeting career changers?

?? Filter the results to show only people who have experience in your target industry. This will help you find individuals who have made a career change and have relevant experience in your target field.
?? Add 10 targets to the "Companies" filter. This will help you find people who have worked for companies that are similar to your target companies.

By following these steps, you should be able to generate a list of career changers who have made the transition from your current industry to your target industry. You can then reach out to these individuals to learn more about their career change experience and get advice on how to make a successful transition yourself.
4?? Know who's currently hiring
Directions:
?? Use keywords like "hiring" and your target?job title to search for relevant posts.
?? Choose the "posts" filter to narrow down?your results.
?? Use the "author company" filter to find?posts from specific companies you are?interested in.
Apply for the role and reach out to the person who posted it through direct message to inquire about the position.
5?? Conduct cultural research on a company
