This will be an unforgettable year for DiverseTalent.ai, but first, we want to wish our network a very relaxed and joyful holiday and thank you for your incredible support throughout this year.
Start-up life is an emotional ride, especially when our purpose is to disrupt both industry and recruitment culture.
But despite the challenges set against us, we've successfully built an innovative hiring platform that removes bias and barriers in the recruitment process and had a lot of fun along the way.
There's a lot for us to unpack and far too many amazing experiences to highlight, so here are just a few of our favourites.
??We're not in it for the awards, but they've helped!
As a bootstrapped start-up, every penny of revenue goes straight back into engineering. So you can imagine our happiness to have secured over ￡140,000 in grant funding this year and a LOT of PR.

????Platform Development
In March 2023 our engineering team grew and we welcomed Conor Woods as our CTO and Katie Ashenhurst as our Designer. Both of these spectacular humans have engineered DiverseTalent.ai into the innovative & inclusive hiring platform you can see today.
Massive thank you Big Motive and 175 community members who've supported our design process to ensure Accessibility was at the core of our engineering.
??Stats and Success
Our entire purpose is to decrease discrimination and increase diversity in the recruitment process. So success for us is when we've helped others, we're super proud to have supported hundreds of individuals and employers.

??Community Engagement
We attended and hosted 20+ events, from our 3rd Birthday party in October to Web Summit NIDC Digital DNA UK Business Angels Association Belfast Pride, and visited partners across the UK & Ireland.
2024 - What are our plans?
Our goal is to welcome 100 employers to the DiverseTalent.ai platform before March 2024, so if you work in recruitment, you can expect a call from our engagement team in the first week of January.
??We're welcoming 2 new team members in January
??We will close our Pre-seed fundraise (be quick if you want to join this round)
??Launch DiverseTalent.ai into Ireland and UK by April 2024
