As this is our final newsletter of 2023, we thought this was a good time for a roundup of the year here at inspir'em.

First the metrics...we wrote a total of 14 blogs this year.?
The first 6 followed on from 'The MEDDIC Series' and focused on solving late stage pipeline?challenges; from budget constraints, to slipped deals and preparing for negotiations with your customer's procurement team.?
We wrote our second blog series especially for founders building and scaling a business; from calculating your TAM and ICP, to making that all important first sales hire and tracking early successes with leading indicators.?
We hope that these blogs have proven useful and given you some hints and pointers to hit your numbers this year and head into 2024 on confident footing.

This year saw us deliver our LIVE MEDDIC and MEDDPICC Sales Training Courses in the?London, Manchester, Cambridge, Dublin,?New?Jersey, Austin (Texas), Amsterdam, Paris and Stockholm!?
A big thank you to everyone who participated and made our sales training engaging and interactive - we rely on you to be an active participant and you didn't disappoint!?
We really enjoyed the magic carpets, airships and rockets which featured in Calais to Cairo!
Our?training was rated Very Good to Excellent by 98% of?responders to our feedback forms.?
