?? Reflecting on progressive 2023 Journey! ??

As we welcome 2024 with new hope and big goals, it's incredible to look back at a year filled with progress, collaboration, and meaningful contributions. At OpenText, we've amplified our impact, fortifying the synergy between industry and academia.

Industry-Academia Collaboration: Participation in key panel discussions Infinity Vizag, CII Cyber Summit, ISACA Cyber Law, Data Security Counsel of India (DSCI) and delved into Cyber Forensics with HERDigital Story at Cigniti and three AI-healthcare conferences . That showcased OpenText commitment to driving innovation and knowledge exchange.

Recognition and Awards: Grateful for the two recognition's received, including 1.The Best Leader in Cyber Security from Muralimohan Maganti garu and 2. Excellency in Cyber Security from VC Sajjanar Sir @Thub from DSCI-CCOE, NASSCOM & end now Foundation, ITTV. These accolades are pleasant surprise and testament to the collective efforts and dedication.

I never anticipated that a brief LinkedIn post could have such a significant impact, particularly in comparison to the OpenText movie post. In Case if you miss watching it please do that talks about the amazing people at the organization. The post garnered an impressive 13,000 impressions, 239 likes, 44 comments, and 23 re posts. It's astonishing to see the ripple effect that a small contribution can have on engaging a broader audience and sparking meaningful interactions.

National Engagements: Representing OpenText at NASSCOM's "Creating and Embracing Equity in the Workplace" was enlightening . Interacting with dignitaries like the Hon'ble Governor of Telangana, Mrs. Sundararajan, and engaging with IT Minister KTR on Women's Safety and the Cyber Manifesto has been an honor. Being a part of the Telangana CISO Counsel at SCSC (Cyberabad Security in collaboration with Telangana state police) further strengthens our commitment to national initiatives.

Giving Back: Open Text Permits giving back to the community in terms of time, service , education or any other form. #OT4Good

• Distributed the Food and groceries?at oldage home supporting 100+ elderly people & Donated un used toys and cloths for Goonj
• Prepared questions for underprivileged Kids education in collaboration with Good Era world wide virtual volunteering
• Donated blood for thalassemia patients great cause
• Volunteered in colleges for Cyber Security knowledge sharing
• Hosted and promoted voting awareness through the Votathon-5k Run

Our inspiring CFO Madhu's Visit and interaction was enthralling learning experience . As part of D&I Core contributed back stage for few WOW sessions & hosting Divershefy event at OT Hyderabad

Predictions for 2024: Looking ahead, I foresee a dynamic 2024:

1.???? AI Revolution: AI will reshape job markets, emphasizing the need for continuous skill upgrades.

2.???? Generative AI in Enterprises: Companies will adopt Generative AI for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

3.???? Security and Privacy Focus: In the realm of Generative AI, challenges in security and privacy will rise, necessitating a mature approach to principles.

4.???? Skill Upgrade Imperative: To navigate the evolving landscape, upgrading skills and mastering AI tools will be paramount.

5.???? Indian Cybersecurity Landscape: Anticipating more opportunities and increased investments in India's Cyber Security domain.

Internal Contributions and Achievements: Our contributions, from Career Day to Release Celebrations, have created a vibrant work environment. The accolades, representation at key events, several World Wide Women (WoW) Open Text including our dynamic CEO Mark J. Barrenechea , CPO Muhi S. Majzoub , CMO Sandy Ono , CFO Madhu Ranganathan and the life time memory of exhilarating runner-up finish in the Hackathon are shared victories that define our collective success. Thank you Ajit Yohannan for this initiative and extracting so many innovations as outcome.

Our Quarterly Birthday & team achievements celebrations, self-sponsored trip to Chikmangaluru Trek strengthened our team bonding and to perform scale up and "GO-Beyond".
