2023 Reading List
Leaders are reader and perpetual learners. I've been mentored by the successes and failures of hundreds of people I've never met. I've been challenged to enter into worlds quite different than my personal culture, worldview and ideology by reading stories and platforms of diverse people. I like to think about reading similar to cross-training for physical fitness - deliberate diversity of content to stretch and strengthen me. After a fruitful 2022 reading journey , here's my outlook on 2023 titles.
