2023 Questions to Ask Ourselves in January or When Bored!

New Year!!!! Now, where to get started?!@%#

That’s what a lot of people do to get started...swear, lol. And we say, do I really want to take on these challenges I have set for myself over a beer, holiday food and less exercise in the waste-abyss last week of December. Well, if you are going to try, do it for 21 days. Whatever new positive habit, do it for 21 days and it will likely stick.

If you are not sure what to do, haven’t made any personal challenges yet, maybe you need a prompt. Maybe, just like when we are bored throughout the year and don’t know what to do with ourselves, we need a good list of questions to get started. Here are 20 powerful questions to consider when trying how to begin the new year!

  1. What would be good for me right now?
  2. What would be good for any of my family members?
  3. What would be good for my local community?
  4. What would be good for the larger community?
  5. What is something that I always wanted to do?
  6. What are things I don’t want to do but know I need to do?
  7. What is something that will make me, family or community better in the short or long run?
  8. Who can I reach out to that might need my help?
  9. What can I add to a conversation that will take it to the next level?
  10. What stranger can I help?
  11. What am I supposed to be doing that I haven’t done yet today?
  12. What am I supposed to be preparing for that I haven’t thought about enough?
  13. What resources do I need to secure that are not already in possession?
  14. What can I do differently this time so that I can be more successful?
  15. What new goals can I set for the short and long term?
  16. Who do I need to meet that I don’t know yet?
  17. Where do I need to go that I haven’t visited before?
  18. What challenges do I want to do in the future that I will need to prepare for?
  19. What can I do now to help myself with future challenges?
  20. What bucket list experiences can I make happen for myself or others?

Wishing you direction and a fantastic 2023!!!

Much love and all my best!
