The New Year is underway! I've started 2023 off pondering the impermanence of life. Nothing stays the same. If you don't believe me watch what happens in an hour, a day, or longer by just plain doing nothing. No matter the route one takes, it is beneficial to be mindful of one's impermanence.
Each sentient being is born with instincts that serve their survival and betterment. Some people will choose to use their intuition to attain aspirations and maximize their potential. While other individuals may not even recognize or trust the direction of these natural signals. Questions are a means to align ourselves with fate and our ideals.

You could also try turning off lights and electronics when they are not in use and setting your thermostat to a more energy-efficient temperature.
10. To improve your sleep quality, try creating a bedtime routine, setting a consistent sleep schedule, and creating a comfortable sleep environment. You could also try avoiding screens and caffeine close to bedtime and practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation.
