The Catalyst Awards empower academics to build enterprises, products, services and social movements that are backed by research and can have a transformative effect on later life.?

By putting research into practice, academics can amplify the voices of people who are most affected by problems in later life and make a tangible difference to society and underrepresented communities.

You don't need an existing product or service to apply for the Catalyst Awards. Instead, you need to take an entrepreneurial approach and explore how your research can create impact beyond academia.?

2-) The MedTechONE Translation Fellowship Award Competition - Deadline 05th March 2023

The MedTechONE leadership team are pleased to announce the opening of the MedTech Translation Fellowship Award Competition funded by the Wellcome Trust .?

The award funds translation-focused work at 英国帝国理工学院 that would enable an increase in Technology Readiness Level (TRL) towards the development of a medical technology.?Up to four awards with direct project costs £50k to £90k are available to ECRs at Imperial College, including Master students, completing PhD students (thesis submitted), Research Assistants/Associates and Postdoctoral Researchers supported by an Academic Staff member at Imperial College, or by Clinical Academic member of staff with an Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust contract.?
