2023 Project Highlights

Reflecting on some of our projects from the past year, we collaborated with numerous skilled architects, designers, and developers to transform their visions into reality with the expertise of our talented artists. Although these are just a few of the projects we had the pleasure of working on this year, we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to undertake more in 2024.

Firefly Park | Frisco, TX

The inspiration for Firefly Park arose from the captivating beauty of the land it graces. Driven by the desire to gift Frisco, Texas residents with a haven to relish the natural splendor of the state, Wilks Development drew upon the landscape to fuel their vision for the remarkable 45-acre park at the core of the development. To set Firefly Park apart from other mixed-use projects, Wilks joined forces with Amsterdam’s UNStudio, renowned for their deep understanding of human-centric European cities, and Sasaki, a Boston-based award-winning leader in crafting genuine and inspiring landscapes. Together, they harnessed their expertise in designing mixed-use communities, fostering healthy and equitable spaces while preserving and celebrating nature to create a truly exceptional experience.

The Trillium | Tysons, VA

Luxury senior living is coming soon to The Boro, Tysons’ newest dynamic and walkable urban neighborhood. The Trillium will offer upscale senior living residences in a high-rise setting replete with amenities, including concierge services, chef-driven restaurants, rooftop gardens, a fitness and wellness center, a full-service salon and spa, and more. Experience true luxury in a palatial high-rise with panoramic views of the surrounding cosmopolitan cityscape and lush woodlands. The Trillium promises an elegant, elevated lifestyle in a walkable urban center with world-class retail, recreation, and dining.

Haggard Farms | Plano, TX

Containing nearly 130-acres, Haggard Farm is the largest remaining development site in the highly sought after area of Plano, Texas. The Haggard Family, having owned the land since 1856, selected Stillwater Capital to develop this legacy property into a truly unique environment. The curated concepts are inspired by the agricultural heritage of the family and are anchored by The Almanac, a destination restaurant, event hall, and social club. At full build out the master plan value will exceed $750M and will include more than 10-acres of greenspace, a 125-key boutique hotel, 650,000 SF of office, 100,000 SF retail, 700 multifamily units, and 100 townhomes.

2003-2023 | This year was significant as is marked Green Grass Studios’ 20th year in business. Since its establishment in 2003, Green Grass Studios has solidified its position as a trusted partner in the architectural visualization industry. With a relentless commitment to innovation, creativity, and excellence, the company has successfully collaborated with renowned architects, developers, and designers to deliver exceptional visualizations that bring their designs to life. Through a combination of state-of-the-art software, advanced rendering techniques, and a deep understanding of architectural aesthetics, the company has consistently produced stunning images, animations, and virtual reality experiences that impact the viewer.
