2023 National Sales Meeting

Cap America held its annual National Sales Meeting this week in St. Louis, Missouri, where close to sixty of the best multi-line reps in the industry converged to recap the past year and discuss the upcoming one. Topics covered included compliance and sustainability efforts, new product development, marketing initiatives, and more. Guest speakers Ellie Swore from Game One and Taylor Borst from American Solutions for Business joined Cap America's own Rhyen McFarland for a panel discussion on utilizing social media to build a personal brand.

During dinner, five awards were presented to the reps (or rep groups) that excelled during 2023. The Largest Growth in Stock Units for 2023 award went to Marshall Kaplan of EC Fraizer and Associates. The President's Circle Award for the ASI division went to Jennifer Kruger and Bryan Mercer of MW Reps , while the President's Circle Award for the SPG division went to Kenny Brickel of NEWS. Finally, a Distinguished Sales Award for each division was awarded, with Naz Sciotto taking home the award for SPG, and Jim Maddox of The Maddox Co. taking home the crystal for ASI.

Cap America CEO Mark Gammon said he was pleased with how successful the event was. "We knew this year would present challenges when we decided to combine both the ASI and SPG divisions into one meeting, but I was extremely confident in the Cap America leadership team and their ability to coordinate an exceptional experience. We have a superior team, both at corporate and representing us out on the road, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to show our appreciation for all of them during this event."
