It's the final two Fridays of the year and I've decided to give myself a break. As someone who helps others prevent and recover from burnout, I have to walk the walk.?
So while I took the time to put together this week's newsletter for you, I won't have the next blog article written until 2023.
That said, we still have podcast episodes coming out every week.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you, my readers, for your interest and attention in the topics I write about -- stress management, mindset, optimal work performance, and overall mental health and wellbeing.
