2023 is here what will you do with it?

January is a great month to evaluate where you are in life, did you progress towards your goals in 2022? if you did well done , if not no worries, this could be your year.
You can't change what has happened in the past , dwelling on it or stressing over it will only continue to bring it with you as you create your future, draw a line on your calender on todays date,
Everything to the left side, you cannot impact or change in any way (unless you have developed your own time machine) but everything to the right is blank waiting for you to create it.

Leaving the whole year to change what ever it is in your life you want to improve, whether it's your health, wealth, relationships or mindset. Choose one area you want to improve this year, so this time next year you can look back with pride in what you have done.
Next decide what small steps you can take to start to move you towards that new you today, it's the small things you do on a consitant basis that will lead to the biggest changes long term, as each time you acheive that small goal , you increase your self confidence in acheiving your long term goal and will keep you moving towards it, when those who set too big a goal give up as it seems to hard to achieve, when they don't get any instant results.
2023 will be the year you decide to make it, outside circumstances beyond your control will happen no matter what you do. So controlling the things you can, letting go of what you can't. Then creating the life you want, is the best way to use this year, time will pass anyway as you grow into the person you want to become, so make it a good one.
