2023 has been our biggest and best in 23 years!

As we approach the end of 2023, it's a momentous occasion to celebrate the remarkable year NSP Coatings has experienced — the most successful in our 23-year history.

This year has been one of transformation and growth. Our journey of improvement, both in minor adjustments and major leaps, has been instrumental in our current success.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our management team, with a special mention of Nick Steel, our Operations Director, whose leadership has been pivotal in navigating the complexities of our industry.

A key decision that fueled our progress was appointing a dedicated Quality Assurance specialist. Welcoming Tim to the team has been a game-changer, enhancing quality control and ensuring our processes meet the high standards our clients expect.

Our operations have flourished thanks to the restructured staffing, particularly within the operations department. Dan, our Production Manager, has performed miracles in maximising the efficiency of our facility. His expertise in optimising both space and production capacity is akin to a daily game of Tetris, skillfully arranging and aligning resources for optimal output.

Liam, our shop floor foreman, deserves recognition for his role in managing the team and contributing to our phenomenal year.

I cannot overstate the importance of our on-the-ground staff — the men and women in the trenches of production. Your tireless work in blasting, spraying, coating, and more is the backbone of our operations. Your dedication is what powers NSP Coatings, and for that, we are all grateful.

Let's not forget, our accounting team, Jas and Vickie, play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy cash flow and balanced books, ensuring our business thrives.

Our investment in a new state-of-the-art blast room, supplied by Kube, has significantly elevated our production capabilities. As we look to the festive season, we will be taking a pause to celebrate with loved ones. NSP Coatings will close at 4 pm on Thursday, December 21st, and will re-open at 6 am on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024.
