2022: The year in review | NeftX
The year 2022 has been very eventful for us. We started the year with a focus on sales. We realised that SaaS/ PaaS is not a suitable model?for health tech. In early December we decided to get rid of the SaaS model in favour?of a "pay-per-use" model. This gave us enough freedom to stretch our horizons.
Designing and developing customised EMRs and complete HMS has been the most satisfying part of 2022 - NeftX Dev team
Looking back, none of this would have happened without our customers. We thank our customers for their valuable input and feedback.?
The average onboarding time used to be 8-16 hours initially (Giving a demo and negotiations). It came down to 2 hours max. This is the biggest achievement of 2022 - NeftX sales team

The future looks very promising and exciting for NeftX. The health-tech market is filled with tools that are complex, heavy and expensive. At NeftX, we aim to democratise technology for doctors in 2023.?
