2022 Top 3 Superintendents in Charlotte & Surrounding Area
It’s been a couple of years since I’ve followed through on my annual recommendations for the Top 3 construction superintendents in the area. It's so important that we have these folks in our business network and at our project sites. They drive our ability to work through construction timelines efficiently and deliver the functionality that our sales and engineering teams work hard to provide. Hats off to this these folks and their team. Thank you for what you do!
1. Bob Fullwood – Enbloc Construction
Bob and I first started worked together while he was at a different company about two years ago. He’s got the figure-it-out attitude as well as the professionalism and positive, ethical attitude to guide and direct even the most complex projects. Bob now works for Enbloc Construction where he is a Partner/Founder.
2. Julie Jones – Rodgers Builders
Julie and I have had the opportunity to work together on several projects over the years. She’s got a get-it-done attitude and willingness to help and is always willing to do what’s necessary to make sure schedule doesn't slip. That’s beneficial because we both get more opportunities because of folks like her.
3. William Heacox – Harper General Contractors
Will is just a great person all around. He and I worked together on a very challenging project and through it all Will was level-headed and showed guidance toward a perspective of the greater good. Will is a devout Christian and that really shines through in his personality and interactions with people. I see very great things to come in Will's future.
