2022 Spring Executive Education Series

Corporate Sherpas are delighted to announce that registrations are now open for their next Executive Education Series, which?commences on 22nd of September 2022.

This will be the 10th time the series has been held. Previous attendees have included professionals from the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS), Stantec, NAB, the Pan Pacific Hotel, FMG, and many more.

The series consists of four evening workshops, with each exploring the desirable qualities of progressive professionals, and offering actionable tools and insights. Attendees can expect intense discussions, built upon psychological and neuroscientific research, exploring topics which include (but are not limited to):

• Emotional Quotient and Performance:?achieving business results by leveraging group IQ;
• The Art and Science of Communication:?making sense and cutting through noise and chaos;
• Courage and Conflict:?enhancing performance by daring to disagree; and
• Sense Making in Action:?understanding and influencing the architecture of choice.

All sessions are held in Mello House, inside the beautiful State Buildings in the centre of Perth, and refreshments and a light dinner are included. With the number of participants being limited to 12 people, it’s also an opportunity to form new friendships with other like-minded individuals.

Each session officially starts at 5:30pm, though we generally all meet downstairs for a wine at 5:00pm. The last session in the series is enjoyed over a delicious meal, which we find is a perfect way to wrap things up, and end on a really positive note.
