With 2022 almost wrapped up, reminisce with us as we look back at the year gone by, cherishing the little moments and celebrating the big milestones.

From Disneyland Paris to Dollywood USA, from the Colosseum in Rome to the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, 2022 has seen Dronisos perform some stunning drone shows supported by even more impressive collaborations. Join us as we relive some of the moments, you, our audience, have enjoyed the most.

• We'll kick things off with a few pictures from our 2022 season with Circus Kine, Switzerland’s largest circus. In existence since 1803, Circus Kine introduced a swarm of acrobatic Dronisos drones to the lineup this year.?

• Debuting March 6th this year, Dronisos drones headline the magical Disney D-Light nighttime sequence at Disneyland Paris every night as part of the park's 30th-anniversary celebrations. This marked the first time a Disney park is using drone technology as part of its daily outdoor entertainment anywhere in the world. Dronisos is proud to be part of this milestone in its capacity as an Official Technology Provider to Disneyland Paris. For those who haven’t had a chance to enjoy the Disney D-Light show yet, the 30th-anniversary celebrations will continue until September 30, 2023!??

• In April, Dronisos was in Rome to celebrate the premiere of the Amazon Original film 'Laura Pausini - Piacere di Donoscerti'. The skies above the Roman Colosseum hosted a spectacle never seen before. 500 drones perfectly synchronised to the tunes and lyrics of 'Scatola', the film's soundtrack, allowing Laura and her fans to create the world's first karaoke in the sky.

• The summer of 2022 saw Dronisos perform a nightly show at the Dollywood theme park in Tennessee, USA. The Sweet Summer Nights drone and fireworks show was one of the summer's most memorable highlights. The show combined the advanced technology of hundreds of Dronisos drones with a traditional fireworks display.

• In July this year, Dronisos was part of the epic inauguration of the Marvel Avengers Campus at Disneyland Paris. Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain Marvel and Captain America joined Disney CEO Bob Chapek, Disneyland Paris President Natacha Rafalski and “Captain Marvel” star Brie Larson to unveil the new themed area. The evening ended with hundreds of Dronisos drones forming a series of Avengers icons in the sky above the Quinjet, orchestrated by Doctor Strange himself!

• On the 18th of October, DronisosxLabs, a newly formed innovation wing of Dronisos presented on French national TV a visual spectacle never seen before. On the talent show France’s got talent, the xLabs team explored the concept of human-machine interaction in swarm management and how large groups of robots and drones will be able to interact and work together.

• Through the months of November and December, Dronisos was in Qatar entertaining throngs of fans with daily drone entertainment during the FIFA World Cup 2022. Operating two shows per night over the course of the event, our shows saw many customisations, including one for the great Pelé.

Just as thrilling as the football final between France and Argentina was, so was our 2022! And as we step into 2023, it will be these key moments of success, learning and relationships that will help us lay the roadmap for the new year.
