2022 Round up at Orion

As 2022 ends, we reflect on the year here at Orion.?

With the highs and lows of the year, we have had multiple achievements within the business within both the Reading and Aylesbury offices.?

• We have integrated various technology led products allowing our team to work more efficiently and has gained access to a further wide range of candidates.?
• We implemented a new phone system which gives the team a smoother phone call with clients and candidates with noise cancelling, hands-free and can be used via desktop or mobile. Within this, it allows for remote working when required.?
• 7?achieved?their half-year target and enjoyed an incredible trip to Dubai?
• 8?achieved?their half-year target and celebrated with a trip to Barcelona?
• 4 Lunch clubs to celebrate those who hit quarterly targets. This year included Amazonico, Corn stores, Gaucho and Hakkazans.?
• Aylesbury walked 12 miles to raise money for Mind. The team raised a staggering ￡2.2K.?
• We have celebrated many long service/anniversaries this year, totalling more than 100+ years within the reading office.?

With a reflection in 2022, we have many exciting events coming up in 2023,?

• Our team are working hard on earning their seats for the next 2x half-year trips and the 4 Lunch clubs throughout the year!?
• 16 members of the Orion Reading office will be taking on the 3 Peak Challenge in the spring to raise money for 2 charities that are very close to the team.?
• We have been working hard on revamping Orion’s branding, image and website and are very excited to share this with everyone
• The launch of Manufacturing Talent 4.0 is soon to be coming to your doorsteps!?

2022 has been an outstanding year and we look forward to connecting with many more clients and candidates in the next year.?
