2022 in Review: eClerx Technology Experiences Year Filled with Awards and New Partnerships

Like many organizations, eClerx , a leader in business process management, set goals it wanted to accomplish in 2022. With 2023 approaching, leaders with eClerx Technology are proud to announce that the goals and objectives they set for 2022 regarding awards and partnerships have become a reality.

In December, eClerx was awarded the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) Excellence Award for Best Security Practices in the Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled services (ITeS) vertical for small and medium-sized organizations.

The award was presented during the NASSCOM-DSCI Annual Information Security Summit 2022 on Dec. 22, 2022, in Gurgaon, India.

The DSCI is a not-for-profit industry body on data protection in India, set up by NASSCOM?, committed to making cyberspace safe, secure, and trusted by establishing best practices, standards, and initiatives in cyber security and privacy.

Also in December, eClerx’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) product, Roboworx, was nominated for the prestigious Edison Awards? 2023. The Edison Awards? is an annual competition honoring excellence in new product and service development, marketing, human-centered design, and innovation.

In September, eClerx’s RPA product, Roboworx, was awarded the Best Proposition for AI, Machine Learning at the Data Management Insight Awards USA 2022.

The A-Team Group presented the award on Sept. 22 at the 12th Annual Data Management Summit in New York. The A-Team Group recognizes leading providers of data management solutions, services, and consultancy to the capital markets.

The A-Team’s editorial team and Advisory Board determine the winners by considering the depth of involvement in the capital markets, the relevance of a solution or service to a selected award category, and the potential interest of a solution or service to the Data Management Insight community.

In June, eClerx Compliance Manager won the NASSCOM AI Game Changer Award 2022. eClerx was awarded in the BFSI segment at NASSCOM AI Game Changers 2022 for the AI features built into our Compliance Manager solution.

?In May, eClerx and IHFC, the Technology Innovation Hub of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, formed a strategic partnership.

The partnership is a mutually beneficial alliance to jointly invest and co-create innovative solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Intelligent Automation (IA), and Mobility Solutions.

The joint efforts focus on building solutions in image recognition, speech recognition, natural language processing, text mining, and intelligent automation.
