ALEXANDRIA, VA, USA (June 17, 2022):?The NSBE PDC 2022 Committee is excited to share that the seminar?"Who Moved My Cheese?... My Cheese Workbook”?has been selected to be one of the seminars at this year's National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Professionals PDC 2022 Conference presentations scheduled August 10th – 14th, 2022 in Miami, FL.

About The Seminar Who Moved My Cheese? ..My Cheese Workbook?is designed to help participants understand and adapt to change by learning from some of the key lessons in the book Who Moved My Cheese? by Spender Johnson M.D. Registered attendees will discuss Q&A, assess their adaptiveness to change, and start writing about their own journal reactions to adapting to change at school, at work, and in their personal lives.

About The Facilitators,?Christopher Sanderson, SMIEEE, SMASQ, CSSBB, CLSSBB?is a Transformational Leader, Coach and volunteer leader with IEEE and NSBE Process Improvement SIG. He is a Servant Leader with a passion for Organizational Effectiveness, Mentorship, and is well known for his creative strategies and motivational teamwork approaches. He is a proud HBCU Alum and a US Army veteran with Honorable service that expands both the Enlisted and Officer ranks. Christopher has worked in the electrical industry for over 25 years for companies like Schneider Electric, General Electric, SIEMENS, ABB, and EATON in multidiscipline Sales & Marketing, Operations, Service, and Quality roles. He is a Consultant and looks forward to helping Organizations win with each other while always serving their customers. He is also a recipient of several Corporate Chairman awards.

Charles W. Davis, Jr., Ph.D., professor at Valencia College since 2003 teaching various courses in Pre-Engineering, Mathematics, and Quality Assurance and Test Methods, Engineering Management, Communications, and Ethics and Probability and Statistics for Engineering. He has served as the Technical Director for the NSBE Process Improvement SIG for the past 2 years. With over 27 years of extensive experience in both public and private sectors consisting in Project Management, Leadership and Quality Assurance, he serves his students and colleagues well. Earned a bachelor’s degree in design engineering, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Management and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida. The following are related professional accomplishments and community involvement.
