In the first three quarters, we achieved 49.51% surge in operating revenue, 54.24% surge in net profit, and pushed the listed company's market capitalization to more than 600 billion INR . Thanks to the joint efforts of our associates in 37 cities around the world, we not only successfully delivered the products and solutions to the customers, but also consolidated the leading position in the OS technology arena. The company made it to the "ChiNext 50 Most Valuable Companies" for another consecutive year, besides honorably joining the list of this year's "Forbes China 50 Most Innovative Companies". Moreover, ThunderSoft entered into deeper and multi-dimension cooperation with partners in varied sectors, and we joined hands in promoting the implementation of advanced technologies to intelligentize the industry, and in nurturing a new ecology for the AI industry.

Successful 2021: Frequent new product launches earned popularity and reputation.

The digital intelligence bloomed prospered in many fields in 2021. Many industries are embracing the unprecedented changes with innovative technological advancement. While "Software redefines vehicle" at present, multi-domain data fusion is evolving on its way. As the innovation in XR technologies continues to develop, the metaverse is emerging into the reality. This is a year that AI empowerment and technological innovation happened everywhere, and a year that we witnessed ThunderSoft's rapid development!

In 2021, ThunderSoft released a slew of products and solutions in the fields of smart vehicles, smart IoT, and smart software. Relying on the professional technical capabilities and the excellent performance, our products and solutions won a variety of heavyweight awards.

From e-cockpits to smart driving, Integrated innovations in smart vehicles.

We released e-cockpit 5.0, which is an integrated e-cockpit platform based on service-oriented architecture, integrated parking and personalized customization, and Automated Testing Tool 3.0 in customer projects, and realized mass production in many customer projects. The all-new Kanzi One launched a native support to Android development functions, and laid a foundation for Kanzi to meet the IVI market demand. In the fast-developing intelligent driving field, we established a new company, ThunderX Auto Technology to develop autonomous driving domain controller products with medium and high computing power and formally stepped into the software and hardware integrated product market. In addition to these accomplishments, ThunderSoft's global delivery capabilities continued to improve. The e-cockpits developed for North America and Europe's new vehicle models have attracted lot of attention.

Operating system as the foundation, disruptive innovations in IoT.

ThunderSoft's delivery volume reached a record high, after making significant breakthroughs in multiple smart IoT categories and in multiple market regions around the world, We continued to work with leading semiconductor manufacturers in multiple disciplines and further deepened the strategic cooperation with cloud technology companies. Our intelligent manufacturing PaaS platform has won leading customers’ favor and has laid a solid foundation for the explosive growth of cloud business. We continued to delve into the operating systems fundamental technology and stayed ahead of the industry with greater focus on the edge AI. We introduced ModelFarm, IoT Harbor, OSware-edge, EBX series of edge AI stations and a variety of products for 5G communication, computing modules and development kit. As of today, ThunderSoft has formulated a full-stack solution for end-cloud integration to empower intelligent development in various industries.

Profound technological capability, continuous smart software innovation.

We reached strategic cooperation with Xiaomi while establishing a Mijia ecological link, and entered the certification laboratory. While seeking deeper cooperation with domestic smart device manufacturers, we continued the globalization pace. ThunderSoft not only topped the Japanese software supply market with a market share of 45%, but also took a leap in 5G and other sectors in Asian markets including South Korea, Malaysia, and India.

ThunderSoft honorably joined the list of this year's "Forbes China 50 Most Innovative Companies", made the "ChiNext 50 Most Valuable Companies", "Top 100 New Supply Chains in China" and "Influential Figures in China's Auto Industry". We pocketed a variety of awards: Leading Vehicle OS Solution Supplier, Lingxuan Gold Award, EBX Series Edge AI Station, TurboX IoT Harbor IoT Connection Management Cloud Platform, TurboX AI Brain Platform, "China AIoT Industry Panorama Atlas". We were recognized by key accounts and received their awards including SAIC Motor's "Outstanding Innovative Supplier", Tencent's "TIME Program Excellent Partner", Lenovo's "Outstanding Contribution Award" and Vivo's "Best New Partner Award".
