2022: Looking back on a transformative year

Nursing shortages, patient acuity increase, and an uptick in behavioral health challenges have created a perfect storm in healthcare. As we look back on the past year, we reflect on these challenges and how healthcare leaders have had to adapt to keep patients safe and healthy.?
