The first List Of Influential African American Business Women You Should Follow On LinkedIn was published on June 19, 2020, by Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich to mark Juneteenth becoming an official holiday. So far the list has 14,046 views and 202 reshares.

This year Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich is going to spice things up by gathering content from the 2022 List of Influential African American Business & Corporate Women You Should Follow On LinkedIn nominees so they can be promoted across LinkedIn if their nomination is accepted. A LinkedIn co-marketing / e-mixer event is planned so they can interact with the women involved in its co-marketing program. They will also mix and mingle with the Phenomenal Women on LinkedIn Who Can Help You Grow Your Business in 2022 listees.

Influential women on LinkedIn are most times micro-influencers who are doing BIG things that are only known by their connections. With over 300 million female users, LinkedIn contains a goldmine of influential African American business and corporate women that you should be following and collaborating with. The list is open to African American businesswomen, non-profit leaders, corporate women, government officials, educators, authors, podcasters, etc., who are in influential positions and or whose expertise makes them a resource.

Segmented by Industry & Select Geographical Areas

As an added enhancement the 2022 List of Influential African American Business & Corporate Women You Should Follow On LinkedIn will be segmented by industry. Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich chapters will create a niche list segmented by location (Chicagoland, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee) in addition to the industry.

Two Ways to Nominate Yourself for Inclusion

1. You can request to be a part of the 2022 List of Influential African American Business & Corporate Women You Should Follow On LinkedIn or nominate a friend by filling out the express nomination form. If accepted, you will be tagged in a post.
2. HOWEVER, if you take Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich's Collaboration is Queen LinkedIn Survey and request to be included by filling out section 8, you will receive a Canva graphic to showcase your inclusion and other special perks if your nomination is accepted. One of the many perks includes a promo that details why you are an influential African American corporate or business woman when you are tagged to announce your inclusion. The list will be published on LinkedIn and SmartWomenPartner.com.

Several gifts will be provided as thanks for taking the survey to spark collaborative marketing partnerships between nominees and the women involved in Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich's LinkedIn co-marketing program.

A LinkedIn co-marketing session / e-mixer will be held on June 16 for listees who want to leverage being on the 2022 List of Influential African American Business & Corporate Women You Should Follow On LinkedIn. During the event, they will interact with women involved in Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich's LinkedIn co-marketing program so they can leverage their female LinkedIn connections by inserting their business DNA into articles, newsletters, webinars, conferences, podcasts, and more.
