2022 has been a roller coaster ride, but one that's made us stronger as a team.

In 2022 all of us realised how important is our real-life stability to the quality of the work that we do. This year was the lesson to finally understand what the priorities for each of us are — and where our focus should be to build something meaningful.

Looking back at the milestones we've reached as a software development company, it's important to see how far we've come. We've always been eager to share our goals with you – whether we're striving to be better or trying something new.?

SaaS unit: We started and fixated well with the PM team of the unit, which is stable and reliable, with strong retention, solid clientele, and a cohesive management team.?

Based on Yehor Romanenko ’s, Head of SaaS, comment.

FinTech unit: This year, the delivery teams have made many improvements to their processes. Additionally, we worked on improving RMO processes by coordinating account and delivery departments. Despite a difficult environment, our project teams rose to the challenge and performed well. We worked productively with our clients this year.

Healthcare unit: We have launched a new healthcare unit, to develop digital products in the health industry. This year we already have 2 projects underway.

Sales FinTech team: Our team was involved in more events and launched offline activities and outbound destinations. We balanced the size of the team and restructured the R&D department — adding processes along with structure.

Comment by Head of Sales in FinTech, Michael Barskyi

QA teams: Our team has passed through two PIs, made big and small releases, and generally improved our commitment metrics. We’ve benefited from good sprint planning meetings/demo sessions. In the autumn, we launched QA Academy, a program to train potential quality assurance engineers. So far, we have been doing a good job!

Node.JS teams: We created and improved the Onboarding process for new team members by recording onboarding videos for new employees, creating a skills matrix (RACI) and actively using it to distribute tasks within PDPs. It became possible since each team member is a true professional. Working in such a friendly team is a pleasure!?

React&Vue teams: This year, no matter what, we started working on the third version of our platform - TSO 3.0; We have implemented many new technologies: a monitoring infrastructure, microservices architecture, modern frameworks and libraries. Recently, we also surveyed customers, and our team got 10/10, the highest rating, which is excellent.?

BA teams: We've hired one new business analyst and added a course on business analysis to S-PRO LMS. We layer it with each new BA to facilitate onboarding into company processes—as well as improve theoretical knowledge. Our team conducted 10 workshops, including some that involved other departments.

HR team: The year brought many new challenges. We opened a branch in Poland, launched training to deepen niche expertise, developed our academy brand and worked constantly on improving processes within the HR team—all while adapting to changing conditions. We've developed strategies for dealing with problems and changed our approaches for communicating around the world. During this year we conducted 96 assessments and formed 90 PDPs. Talking about S-PRO Academy, we've got 935 applications for our S-PRO Academy courses and taught 85 students!

Marketing team: We increased traffic to the site, developed and implemented a new home page, published more meaningful articles on the blog — and built an audience on TikTok. We now have almost 3k subscribers and 160k likes!

The year 2022 has been a challenging one for many people. But we overcame the challenges and thrived in the face of adversity. Our team has been working hard to deliver our customers the best possible products and solutions, and we are so proud of what we've accomplished together this year.

We want to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their support — without you, we wouldn't be where we are today. We also want to thank our dedicated employees for their hard work, dedication, and creativity. We're looking forward to another great year in 2023!
