2022 - Be the change that is so urgently needed.

2022 - Be the change that is so urgently needed.

It’s here.?It’s done.?It’s complete

In reality it's the culmination of a lifetimes experience.

Bring it to you has taken 2 years of testing, trialling, seeking input, feedback…..it’s been a huge learning journey.

Possibly the most important one of my career to date.

Because it matters more

And that’s the point.

I left my 25 year long corporate career as I always felt there was more.

That I could be more and that what I did could mean more.

It’s been one hell of a journey so far…….I’ve done some great work, worked with some amazing clients and so many who were not paying clients but were willing to jump on calls with me to help refine my clarity as to the leadership challenges businesses face - I mean really face into the challenges, warts ‘n’ all.?

For me it was never about leadership coaching…..it was about creating change.

In many ways, it was an extension of what I was good at......but with more meaning attached.

I know we talk a lot about the fall out from the pandemic.

To be truthful - I truly believed the world had changed and people had changed a long time ago - what they wanted, deep down, from work has always been the same.

They just didn’t have a voice.

The pandemic changed everything.?In a relatively short space of time the power of the people has been unleashed.

And it’s painful right?

Leading has become more demanding than ever.

It’s like you have to be everything for everyone.

Your people?want flexibility, support, connection, purpose, belonging, inclusion, appreciation, progression.?

They want to work for people who set and example, who lead with integrity, humility, who understand them, support them, challenge them and help them.?They are tired of politics, infighting, one-upmanship, ass covering and being treated like a cog in the wheel [a resource!]. They are fed up of workload and burnout.

They want to be part of teams who connect, collaborate, respect and value what everyone brings to the table - we’re tired of dominant individuals, competitiveness, poor communication, hostility, misunderstanding.

They want to be part of a culture who celebrates and supports the individual, where being human is important, where there is trust, honesty, openness, where everyone is in it together, on the same journey [and better make it a meaningful one], where success and failure is celebrated - they are tired of the dog eat dog, the workload, the expectation, the wasted time, the face-fit culture.?

And guess what, if they don’t get it they are walking…..well not literally but you get the gist.

With more jobs than people available.?With candidates applying for multiple jobs and the best ones getting multiple and competing offers - you’re being weighed up and scrutinised before people join your team.

People want to work for great people - we all know that.?It’s just easier than ever to figure out the truth before taking a leap.

People want to work in great teams and for a business with great culture.

Where on earth do you start? How do you live up to demanding expectations?

If you want to achieve all of this, it’s perfectly possible.

And that’s my news

LEADERS WORTH FOLLOWING - launches in January

If you want to build a people first organisation it only has to start with one person - when you change how one person operates it impacts the team…..the team changes.??

Imagine then multiplying this across your business.

Leaders Worth Following is not a training programme.

It's a change programme.

It's a commitment to a standard, a set of human values, a common language and a way of working. It's a commitment to yourself and a commitment to those you lead.

The world has changed - you've heard about the "Great Resignation".

Some call it the "Great Awakening"

I believe what we need is the "Great Adaption".

The demands of those in Leadership Roles has changed.

The way people learn has changed.

The way people choose who they want to work for has changed.

The consquences....

Business success will no longer be about the best strategy or the biggest budgets but will be based on your ability to attract, develop and retain your most precious investment.

Your people.

This means you need:

Leaders with a deep level of self awareness, who believe in becoming the best version of themselves and committed to work on this every day. Leaders who are prepared to learn what it takes to become the best version of themselves in order to get the best out of others.

Teams people want to be part of - leaders who pull people together, who unite not divide, who support everyone to achieve their potential.?Who make others feel valued, who unite people behind a clearly communicated vision.?Who leverage the skills of everyone, not the elite few to get results.?Who build strong relationships across the business.?Leaders who are for others and always fighting for the highest good of those they lead.

A business culture people want to work for - change first starts with the individual, then the team and radiates outward across the organisation as you powerfully improve the skill and capability of leaders and teams - all who operate with the same approach, common values, integrity, who build trust - who have a common language to facilitate relationships and co-operation.?Become a place people want to work and a place people want to stay working [less staff turnover]

Then you have to change everything about how you approach and develop leaders in your business

You need the

Right approach - you want implementation, you want change.?I get it, you’ve sent your people on training before - and it’s been not much more than a fun day out, lots of enthusiasm but it’s always the same old thing…..you’ve?run programmes that provide interesting learning but don’t drive change.?Often one and done with no continuity and no support.?Becoming great is hard, it takes time and practice.

Right?Focus: Focus on the right things: leadership training often focus on how to lead people but rarely focus on the foundations of self awareness, others awareness, comunication and relationships. They rarely teach leaders how to build high performing individuals and high performing teams.?They rarely teach leaders how to become great coaches in order to help you secure the next generation of leaders in your business.

Right Techniques:?most learning is interesting even exciting but the techniques are quickly forgotten - when you use visual tools [NLP based] concepts are more easily understood and remembered.?When attendees have to teach the tools - they become even more engrained.?The way people learn has changed, it needs to be simple, visual, teachable.

That’s how you get impact.

I get that it’s a big subject, it’s challenging and it’s hard to gain buy in - but it’s not hard to start.

If you want to discuss how you can get started then DM me and we can line up a chat - no obligation, no commitment - just explore where you are at and what you need......

I don't do hard sell........but what I do offer is advice and support to find the best solution.

Ah - did I mention, I’m so committed to delivering the change that you need that LEADERS WORTH FOLLOWING is backed by a 100% money back guarantee.?Do the work, don’t get results then I don’t want your money - no questions asked.
