Unfortunately, our 2021 small business website statistics indicate that many small businesses still do not have a robust online presence or digital marketing strategy they need to attract and engage their online audience.
While most small businesses have a website, some business owners do not see any value. We are always surprised when we hear things like: "My customers are not online.” or “The web is not important for my business."
