2021 Real Estate
Are you aware that we advise private clients in respect of real estate acquisition? It is a separate division of Nota Bene with similar values governing service, expertise, objectivity and impartiality.
Experience, the most up-to-date research and micro-knowledge are underpinned by discernment and access to the best inventory.
We neither sell nor promote anything. In a similar way to how we understand top-end travel we understand the international super-prime real estate market. And we know it well.
Our focus is mainly London, Western Europe, parts of the United States and the Caribbean. We are currently advising overseas clients in London’s Belgravia, in Italy’s Argentario peninsula and on Lake Como.
The top end of the London market is performing rather well. We have witnessed the return of bidding wars such as with the recent sale of a newly developed Pont Street triplex in the £18m GBP price range.
The Italian market is slow, partly on account of limited access to the country but also a combination of over-pricing and complexities in conveyancing. However, we believe that, approached selectively, there are opportunities worthy of consideration, particularly in the finest coastal spots.
We are also confident about the long-term prospects for the most coveted domains of Saint-Tropez, notably Le Capon and Les Parcs. Here, where precise location, orientation and size of property matter, we also evaluate the opportunity to enlarge and improve, thereby increasing space and value. It takes extensive research, in-depth knowledge, due diligence and expert opinion.
Whether travel, art or real estate it is always about the best.
If you are considering purchasing in London, Paris, the Hamptons, Saint-Tropez, the Balearics, Italy, Mustique or St Barths – talk to us.
Our strapline is ‘We know where’ and it applies as much to real estate as to travel.
We look forward to hearing from you.
